My Experience with TCDJR.... Last month 10/25/25 I went looking for a used (new to me) truck. Always wanted a Ram. 😊 I got approved thru my CU. Found what I was looking for here in Turlock. Howard was was the sales guy. I ended getting a 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn with the 3.6L V6 and 66k miles. Although I was financed thru my bank, Mr Harvey Mosley in financing was a Pleasure to work with. He's funny and polite, and seems very knowledgeable. He offered me some Great info on credit stuff I asked about. Made me feel at ease. I Appreciated that. The only complaint I guess would be the service AFTER I signed. Look I know its Used but... 1.) I asked if i could get some gas put in since it was on E and i live in Atwater, I was told "the owner doesn't allow that" so they have to pull from their own pockets" to which i cringed and told him not worry about it...but as i was leaving he told me he wasn't able to get the gas bc the mechanic left with the "gas card". So that confused me 🤷‍♂️. 2.) The Next day, Howard called me while I was at work and asked if I had some tool He left in the bed of the truck when he was changing the paper license plate before I went home because the cameras show me leaving with it. Like WHAT? I felt bad, but I still dont know what he was talking about! 3.) Other than that, the Only other call i have gotten was to let me know the hitch receiver I purchased (bc it didn't already have one) as part of the deal was in, I was transferred to the service department to schedule install and the call disconnected. Tried again Today 11/14 and had to leave a message. 😬Do they actually have anybody working in the service department.....I just want what I paid for. To sum it all up, I guess I expected more because I bought from them. 🤷‍♂️ Im kinda like Not feeling good about Any of this any of this Anymore, except for my Bank approval. I got a GREAT deal financing thru my local CU. Maybe thats what it was..... This has just been My Experience with them. 🫡

I took my jeep for a simple fix with a local mechanic shop smh they fried my whole computer system and my car no longer could start I didn’t know what to do so my husband told me to take it to jeep since he was out of town so I called jeep and spoke to a mechanic by the name Frank told him what was going on he knew right away the other shop messed my car up and told me not to worry my car was in good hands and he would fix the problem he later on walked me threw on how to contact the automotive bureau for help since the other shop messed up my jeep and the cost for it would be a lot and he just felt really bad that I had a bad experience with that shop the bureau found out the other shop did in fact messed up my jeep and held them responsible for it and for the cost of fixing it I couldn’t thank frank enough for fixing my jeep and making sure I got the help I needed best place for all jeep repairs don’t go to any other shop trust me smh

All i can say is Howard Nash made the difference when talking to him on the phone when i was looking for a new Durango . I had called at least 4 other dealerships and talked with their salespersons most of them where bait and switch they would say yes they had it then when I would call back later would tell me know but had something close. Howard was very straight treated me with respect and always called me back, didn't try to sell me something i didn't want . He was the main reason i drove from Gilroy 1hr and 30 mins to Turlock dodge and drove away in my new Durango, The sale manger as well as the finance manager treated me exceptional well But cannot say enough positive words about Howard if it where not from him i never would have driven so far i have purchased many new cars and truck and always purchased locally never ever would had done this if it had not Been for Howard and his fantastic customer service and respect very few people now days know what that is Thank You Howard

We finally found our dream car at this dealership! My husband and I had been searching all over California for months for a 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness, and we were thrilled to find the right one here. Our salesman, Nash, made the entire process exceptional. He was genuinely honest and incredibly helpful, working patiently with us to make sure the car stayed within our budget. Beyond the professional help, we had great conversation and shared plenty of laughs, which made the hours fly by. The positive experience continued when we met the finance manager, Harvey. He was charming and absolutely hilarious, making what is usually the most tedious part of buying a car enjoyable. Harvey took the time to clearly explain all the documents and answered every single one of our questions without rushing us. Every employee we encountered was kind, respectful, and professional. This dealership truly has a welcoming, small-town feel that makes you feel you can trust them completely.

Always a pleasure buying a car from them. This is my third vehicle that I purchased from them. I’ve been a customer there since 2014. Armando is the guy to go to there. He is the best salesperson and I’ve always only dealt with him and he is phenomenal.

I was flipping out of my previous Grand Cherokee and unfortunately I have been battling cancer for the past 4 years. The kindness and understanding is unmatched from surrounding Jeep dealers! Great experience! Our salesman was Jerry, we thought we knew what we wanted. He was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle and package to fit those needs. He also let us dream and shop around on vehicles we had no business looking at lol. But he was great in letting us see every single option we even thought up. The sales team worked with us to look into multiple finance options and didn’t just throw numbers at us. They worked with the parameters we had money wise.
